General Duty Description

     As a member of the Army Health Care Team you will supervise a variety of professional and paraprofessional nursing care providers within the Army Medical Treatment Facility. You will be responsible for making decisions about day-to-day patient care and ensuring that your decisions are carried out in an effective and efficient manner. To accomplish this goal you will not be alone. There are dedicated members of the patient care team to help you, each with their own area of expertise.
