1st Lieutenant

Armor First Lieutenants are normally assigned as Company Executive Officers (XOs) or Specialty Platoon leaders. Company XOs serve as the second in command to the Company Commander. Specialty Platoon Leaders perform a variety of duties to include Scout Platoon Leader, Support Platoon Leader, and Mortar Platoon Leader.
