Leader Development Courses

Armor branch supports the attendance of leadership development courses, because they help build confidence necessary to develop bold, aggressive, combat leaders.

Armor lieutenants who desire to attend Airborne and/or Ranger school may volunteer during OBC and will have the opportunity to attend based on their performance at OBC.
